Dirk Eldredge - Lead Interventionist

For over a decade, Theren has been a transformative force in the behavioral health industry, guiding families and individuals on their paths to recovery. As a recovered addict, he possesses a unique perspective that bridges the gap between the struggles of addiction and the heartfelt concerns of loved ones striving to help.

Throughout his career, Theren has taken on numerous roles within the behavioral health sector, including crisis consultant and recovery coach. Notably, he served as the Manager of Admissions at a groundbreaking $100 million behavioral healthcare startup, where he played a crucial role in its launch. Today, as the CEO and co-founder of a men’s therapeutic transitional living program, he has achieved an impressive $1 million valuation in its inaugural year. His focus on innovative recovery solutions and private treatment programs exemplifies his commitment to excellence in the field.

Theren is deeply passionate about uplifting adolescents and young adults on their journeys toward wellness. He is acutely aware of the challenges faced by individuals in his community, where connection and mental well-being are increasingly tested. With a keen eye, he observes the decline in self-esteem, confidence, and self-worth often exacerbated by addictions to substances, social media, video games, and pornography. Theren firmly believes that meaningful societal change must begin with inner healing and guiding the younger generation toward authentic self-expression.

Our team brings both professional expertise and personal experience to every person and situation we serve.

We meet each client exactly where they are, whether they’re in crisis, stuck in a cycle of relapse, or simply searching for direction.

At the core of it all is trust, accountability, and the belief that no one is too far gone to start their journey.
